Please note: We cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses. Orders placed before 12.00pm will be dispatched the same day subject to stock. All orders made after 12.00 pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day subject to stock.

UK Standard Delivery service - £4.95

All orders sent via our Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 3-5 working days from when the order was placed. We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the weight and value of your order. This may require a signature on delivery of your goods. If your parcel has not yet arrived, we would ask you to wait 5 working days from the date of purchase before contacting our Customer Service Team for assistance.

UK Mainland Courier Delivery Service - £8.95

Subject to change, we currently charge £8.95 for courier delivery service. This service generally delivers items within 48 hours from dispatch. All orders made before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day. This service requires a signature, so if you are not able to sign for your parcel then the courier will leave a collection note for you to re-arrange delivery.

Please note that our courier delivery service is only available to mainland UK addresses and is unfortunately not available to customers with the following postcode prefixes: JE, GY, ZE, BT, IM, KW, IV, HS, FK, IO, KA, PA, PH, PO and TR. Customers living in these postcode areas will need to contact us to arrange an extra delivery cost.

In the event of a postal strike, we cannot guarantee the length of delivery time. We will endeavour to use the most suitable delivery option.

Peak and Seasonal Delivery

During seasonal peaks such as Christmas, Valentines, Fathers Day, Mothers day there may be some delay in the dispatch of your orders, but we will always keep you updated and increase our dispatch system to reduce the risk of this occuring. Check back to the website or email us in seasonal peaks for extra delivery services.

European Delivery
If you would like an item delivered to Europe then please note that some items may incur an extra delivery charge. Please email us if you are unsure or would like to clarify the delivery charge first.

If you place an order on our site for European delivery and it falls outside of our standard delivery prices then we will always contact you to advise on the extra delivery cost and allow you to decide if you would like to proceed with your order.

Worldwide Delivery
If you would like an item delivered to anywhere outside of Europe then please note that some items may incur an extra delivery charge. Please email us if you are unsure or would like to clarify the delivery charge first.
